Destined by Design is a Black disabled veteran woman-owned business based in Liberty Hill, Texas, founded by Irene Tillman.

Irene is Detroit-born, faith-driven, and built for purpose. This is not just a print shop. Every order matters, and every person behind the order matters even more.

How We Got Here

Destined by Design started during COVID, when the world was hurting, loud, and searching for something to hold onto.

Irene started creating custom pieces for people who wanted to say something. What began as a hobby called Designs of Expression by Renee slowly grew into something bigger.

At the beginning of 2025, after a 21-day fast, Irene felt God shift the focus.

“This is not about me. This is about helping people’s dreams come to pass. Their destiny, by their design.”

That is when the name changed to Destined by Design. Renee came out of the name because the business was not meant to be centered on Irene. It was about helping people bring their vision, purpose, message, and design to life.

It is not about Irene. It is about each individual, what they want, what their purpose is, and what their desire is.

What We Do

We create custom printed and embroidered shirts, hoodies, apparel, tumblers, blankets, and personalized print work for individuals, businesses, and ministries, as well as laser-engraved products like tumblers and keychains.

If it can carry a message, we want to help you bring that message to life.

We specialize in working with people who have a vision but need help turning it into something real. Whether it is business apparel, ministry merch, a personal gift, or a custom design, we work with you to make the process simple, clear, and personal.

Irene listens. She works with you through the changes, the revisions, and the “can we try it this way?” moments, because seeing your vision come to pass is the whole point.

Through disability, uncertainty, and seasons that did not always make sense, Irene learned that God has a purpose for everything.

Now the mission is clear: help people carry their message, bring their vision to life, and remind people that God is still in control.
