Return & Refund Policy

All custom and embroidered orders are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom, personalized, or embroidered items.

Refunds are only considered within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstance.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or transit times. Shipping carriers operate independently, and delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not grounds for a refund or cancellation.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund within the eligible window, please contact us at destinedbydesign2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.
